Hey there beautiful soul, I'm Jessica a life long student and initiate of the mysteries. I am an Aries Sun, Pisces Moon, Cancer Rising. Manifesting Generator 6/3, & ENFP-T.

As a Board Certified Naturopathic Practitioner, Yoga Teacher, Alchemist and Intuitive, I fuse traditional and ancient healing practices with modern techniques to help my clients achieve wholeness. My journey towards this wholistic approach was inspired by my sons vaccine injury which lead to a year of 'mysterious' serious illness and my kidney disease I was born with, but wasn't found until in my late 20's when my autoimmune disorder was also found, also my love for art and self-expression, leading me to see life as a beautiful alchemical process. Just like alchemists turn lead into gold, we can transform our challenges into opportunities for growth and purpose. It also taught me the power of our minds and the power that nature holds to heal and nurture us.

I've learned the power of empathy and healing through personal experience. While my past included struggles with mental health, auto-immunity and kidney disease, I've found solace in holistic therapies, plant medicine, and spirituality. Through mindfulness, meditation, years of therapy and shadow work. I've unraveled ingrained patterns, healed many traumas from my childhood(still healing, but aren't we always ;)) and found purpose in every moment with alchemizing and facing those shadowy aspect of our psyche. There is medicine in everything. Good AND Bad. It also helped me realize a lot of our "dis" ease comes from an emotional root, or "dis"order. Which more often then not, I have found there is an emotional root cause of these and many of them are from our childhood traumas/programming. Micro and Macro.

My connection with nature and plant spirits has been a guiding force in my life. By exploring the transformative effects of plant medicines, homeopathy and naturopathic techniques. To just spending time with Pachamama in silence. I've gained profound insights, healing and spiritual growth. I'm here to share this wisdom, educating and inspiring others on their personal journey towards self-discovery and conscious living. By honoring the wisdom of plants and wholistic healing modalities we can find healing, ecological awareness, and a deeper sense of purpose.

My mission is to create a nurturing space for individuals to explore these realms safely and responsibly. Drawing from ancient wisdom and contemporary knowledge, I offer guidance to integrate these experiences into a holistic lifestyle. I am dedicated to empowering others with natural alternatives and guiding them beyond conventional medicine.
